These eBook Terms of Use govern the purchase, access, and use of the eBook titled “The Bolting Field Technicians Pocket Cards” (“eBook”). By purchasing, downloading, accessing, or using the eBook, the purchaser and user agree to these Terms.

  1. Ownership

The eBook and all related content, including without limitation its text, wording, layout, design, charts, graphics, formatting, images, arrangement, and overall presentation, are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws and remain the exclusive property of Wesley Johnson, Wesley K. Johnson DBA/HexSizer or its licensors.

Purchase of the eBook does not transfer ownership of the eBook or any intellectual property rights in it. The purchaser receives only a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the eBook as expressly permitted by these Terms. No ownership, shared ownership, reproduction right, resale right, or derivative-use right is granted.

  1. Permitted Use

The purchaser may use the eBook only for the purchaser’s own personal, internal, or authorized business reference purposes.

Unless Wesley Johnson, Wesley K. Johnson DBA/HexSizer gives prior written permission, the purchaser may not:

  • copy or reproduce the eBook in whole or in part
  • share, forward, upload, post, email, or distribute the file
  • place the eBook on shared drives, cloud folders, websites, internal networks, or public platforms
  • print copies for distribution
  • extract, republish, or reuse portions of the content in another product
  • create derivative works, competing guides, cards, charts, or reference materials based on the eBook
  • remove copyright notices, watermarks, branding, or proprietary markings
  1. Prohibited Conduct

The following are strictly prohibited:

  • unauthorized copying
  • unauthorized sharing
  • scanning, screenshotting, or reproducing the content for redistribution
  • commercial reuse of the content or design
  • adapting the content into another manual, card set, chart, training tool, or product
  • using the eBook to create a competing product
  • claiming ownership, joint ownership, or authorship of the eBook or its contents
  1. No Transfer of Rights

The purchase of the eBook is a purchase of limited use only. It is not a sale of copyright, design rights, reproduction rights, or any other ownership interest. The purchaser receives no right to sublicense, transfer, assign, or share access to the eBook unless expressly approved in writing.

  1. Consequences of Unauthorized Use

Any unauthorized copying, sharing, reproduction, derivative use, or commercial exploitation of the eBook is a material violation of these Terms and may also constitute copyright infringement and other violations of law.

In the event of unauthorized use, Wesley Johnson, Wesley K. Johnson DBA/HexSizer may pursue all lawful remedies, including:

  • immediate termination of access or license
  • demand for removal or deletion of unauthorized copies
  • injunctive relief
  • recovery of damages, lost profits, and other monetary relief
  • recovery of attorneys’ fees and enforcement costs where allowed by law
  1. Reservation of Rights

All rights not expressly granted are reserved by Wesley Johnson, Wesley K. Johnson DBA/HexSizer.
