These Printed Book Terms of Use govern the purchase, possession, and use of the printed or hardcopy version of “The Bolting Field Technicians Pocket Cards” (“Printed Book”). By purchasing, possessing, using, reselling authorized copies, or accepting delivery of the Printed Book, the purchaser and user agree to these Terms.

  1. Ownership of Intellectual Property

The Printed Book and all related content, including without limitation its text, layout, graphics, charts, design, format, arrangement, and presentation, are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws and remain the exclusive property of Wesley Johnson, Wesley K. Johnson DBA/HexSizer or its licensors.

Purchase of a printed copy transfers ownership only of that physical copy. It does not transfer ownership of the intellectual property embodied in the Printed Book. No copyright, co-ownership, reproduction right, design right, or derivative-use right is transferred.

  1. Permitted Use

The purchaser may possess and use the Printed Book for its intended personal, internal, or authorized business reference purposes.

Unless Wesley Johnson, Wesley K. Johnson DBA/HexSizer gives prior written permission, the purchaser may not:

  • reproduce the book in whole or in part
  • scan, photograph, digitize, or convert the Printed Book into digital form for distribution
  • copy the layout, charts, wording, or design into another product
  • reprint, republish, or distribute copies
  • use the Printed Book as the basis for a competing card set, handbook, chart, guide, or training tool
  • remove copyright notices, product notices, branding, or proprietary markings
  1. Prohibited Conduct

The following are strictly prohibited:

  • unauthorized duplication or reproduction
  • scanning or digitizing for resale, sharing, or uploading
  • copying the content, format, or design into another printed or digital product
  • using the Printed Book to make a substantially similar competing product
  • claiming ownership, joint ownership, or authorship in the Printed Book or its contents
  1. No Intellectual Property Transfer

Purchase of a Printed Book is not a purchase of any intellectual property rights. The purchaser does not obtain any ownership or shared ownership in the book’s protected content, design, structure, format, or presentation.

  1. Consequences of Unauthorized Use

Unauthorized copying, digitizing, reproduction, commercial reuse, or derivative creation based on the Printed Book is prohibited and may constitute copyright infringement and other violations of law.

In the event of unauthorized use, Wesley Johnson, Wesley K. Johnson DBA/HexSizer may pursue all available remedies, including:

  • cease-and-desist demands
  • injunctions
  • recovery of infringing copies
  • damages, lost profits, and other monetary relief
  • recovery of attorneys’ fees and enforcement costs where allowed by law
  1. Reservation of Rights

All rights not expressly granted are reserved by Wesley Johnson, Wesley K. Johnson DBA/HexSizer.
