What you get
A white plastic HexSizer Heavy Hex Gauge printed 4-over-4 in full color on an offset press, with a UV coat on both sides. Your logo and website replace the HexSizer logo and website. The patent and copyright information stay on the gauge.
It carries the inch heavy hex scale: nuts from one flat, 1-1/16" to 4-5/8", and studs 5/8" to 3". It's the wallet-size HexSizer, 2" x 3-3/8", so it rides in a wallet or on a lanyard with the plant badge.

Artwork, set-up and USA shipping are free. Outside the USA, I ship at the best rate I can find. Exact color matching (CMYK or Pantone) is $100. Most orders run 750 to 1,000 pieces. Need more than 5,000? Call or email for a quote.
How it works
1. Send your logo. A logo file, a sketch, or put me in touch with your graphic artist. If you have brand guidelines, send those too and I'll follow them.
2. Artwork (free). I build the layout myself in Photoshop and Illustrator, so there's no waiting on an outside art department. We go back and forth until you like it, usually the same morning.
3. Approve and pay. The order is paid in full before production starts.
4. Ready in 3 weeks. Shipped free in the USA.

What's the minimum order?
500 pieces. Need just a few with your name on them? The personalized short run keeps the HexSizer logo on the front and laser engraves your info on the back, with no 500-piece minimum.
Can I use my own design, not just my logo?
Yes. It's full color on both sides, so backgrounds, charts, QR codes and product ads all print. Send me what you have in mind and I'll lay it out around the heavy hex scale.
How much does it cost?
From $1.95 each at 500 pieces down to $0.95 each at 2,500 to 5,000. Artwork, set-up and USA shipping are included. Exact color matching is $100.
Do I need finished artwork?
No. Send a logo, a sketch, or your graphic artist's contact. I'll build the layout and send it to you to approve. If your logo is a vector file (AI, EPS, PDF or SVG) or too big for the upload on this page, email it to Wes@HexSizer.com.
How long does it take?
3 weeks after you approve the artwork and pay for the order.
Can you match our exact brand colors?
Yes. Exact CMYK or Pantone color matching is $100 per order.
Is the plastic gauge rated for heat?
No. The plastic gauge is for giveaways and everyday use. For hot units and live steam lines, the metal High Heat Heavy Hex Gauge is rated to a little over 1000°F. Metal gauges can also be made in your company colors: see custom anodized.
