Your logo laser engraved on a high-heat aluminum Heavy Hex Gauge, anodized in your company color.
This is the metal HexSizer built for a company program. You pick the anodize color, choose what goes on each side and send your logo. I engrave them and ship. Your millwrights, bolting technicians and pipefitters get a gauge they'll carry for years, and every time one comes out at a flange or a heat exchanger, your name comes out with it.
What you choose
1. The color. Gold, red, navy blue and black are on the shelf. Need something else? See special colors below.
2. Side 1 and Side 2. Each side can be:
- Heavy Hex inch: nuts 1-1/16" to 4-5/8" from one flat, studs 5/8" to 3"
- Heavy Hex metric: nuts 32 mm to 120 mm, studs M22 to M76
- Heavy Hex inch or metric, with your contact info
- SAE inch or SAE metric
- Custom art: a torque sequence chart, a bolt chart, a bigger logo. No extra charge for the artwork. Pick Custom Art and email me what you have in mind.

3. Your logo and contact info. Upload your logo and fill in your name or company, phone and email. If you have a logo file, send it. That saves me pulling one off your website.
How the engraving looks
The laser cuts through the anodize and leaves a white or very bright silver mark. It's engraved into the surface, not printed on, and it stands out on every color.
Proof before I run it
Pick one when you order:
- Run it without a proof. The fastest way.
- Email me a proof first. Nothing runs until you say it's right.
- Ship me a real sample first, $15.99. Hold it in your hand before the full run. I'll send you a separate invoice for the sample.
Turnaround
Stock colors ship in 5 working days. Special colors add about 2 weeks at the anodize shop. Shipping is free.
Special colors
Want orange, or a color closer to your brand? I can have the blanks anodized in other colors. Special colors cost 30% more than stock colors and add about 2 weeks. The anodize shop gets close, but I can't guarantee an exact match to your brand color. Email me the color and the quantity, and I'll quote it.
Built for the heat
6061 aerospace aluminum, the same as the High Heat Heavy Hex Gauge. It holds up to a little over 1000°F (538°C), so it works on hot units and live steam lines where a plastic gauge would melt.

Frequently asked questions
Is there a minimum?
No. Order one or a thousand. The price per piece drops as the quantity goes up, and the quantity pricing is shown next to the price.
How long does it take?
5 working days in a stock color. Add about 2 weeks for a special color. Shipping is free.
Can you match my brand color exactly?
No. The anodize shop gets close, but anodizing isn't paint, and I can't guarantee an exact match.
What logo file should I send?
Whatever you have. If it's too big for the upload, email it to Wes@HexSizer.com with your order number.
Does custom art cost extra?
No. There's no charge for the artwork.
Can I order now and decide on the sides later?
Yes. Choose Leave it Open, and I'll email you to work out what goes on the gauge before I engrave it. That's handy when the budget is there now but the design isn't.
What color is the engraving?
White or a very bright silver, on every anodize color.
