This is the quick, affordable way to put your name in a bolting tech's pocket. You get the standard plastic HexSizer Heavy Hex Gauge with the HexSizer logo on the front. Pick a color, fill in your info below, and I laser engrave it on the back. Order one, ten or a couple hundred. No 500-piece minimum.
How it works
1. Pick a color. Gray on White, Blue on White, Green on White, Yellow on White, Red on Black or Black on Red.
2. Fill in the blanks. Your name, company, phone and email, plus a short line if you want one. You can upload a simple logo too.
3. Approve a photo. I engrave the first one and send you a photo. Nothing runs until you say it's right.
4. I engrave the rest and ship. Turnaround is 5 working days, and shipping is free.
Laser engraving comes out in shades of gray. It's the darkest gray the laser can make without scorching the plastic, not a rich black. Logos work best when they're simple and bold.
Add a line that sells

What you get
The plastic HexSizer Heavy Hex Gauge, 2" x 3-3/8", wallet size. The front carries the HexSizer logo and the inch heavy hex scale: nuts from one flat, 1-1/16" to 4-5/8", and studs 5/8" to 3". The back has your info, laser engraved. Vinyl sleeves are available as an option.

Is there a minimum?
No. You can order just one. The price per piece drops as the quantity goes up.
Can I change the front or pick my own colors?
Not on this one. The front stays HexSizer, and you pick from the stock colors. That's what keeps it quick and affordable. For your own front and colors, see the full-color private label.
Can you engrave my logo?
Yes, in shades of gray. Simple, bold logos come out best. If your logo is a vector file (AI, EPS, PDF or SVG) or too big for the upload, email it to Wes@HexSizer.com with your order number.
How long does it take?
5 working days. I send you a photo of the first one to approve before I run the rest, and shipping is free.
Is the plastic gauge rated for heat?
No. For hot units and live steam lines, the metal High Heat Heavy Hex Gauge is rated to a little over 1000°F, and the metal can be engraved in your company colors.
