The Custom WrenchSizer™ puts your name or logo on a tool people keep. It's the same credit-card-size WrenchSizer that tells a DIYer, technician or shophand which wrench or socket fits a nut, printed with your brand and contact info. They'll pull it out in the garage or the driveway every time they reach for a socket, and your name is right there.

Two ways to put your name on it
Custom brand (500 pieces and up). Your logo and contact info printed in full color on white PVC plastic, in the print area on both sides. If you want, I'll take the HexSizer logo off and put yours in its place. The patent number stays on the tool.
Text only (no minimum, $2.25 each). Your name or contact info laser engraved on the PVC WrenchSizer. The HexSizer branding stays.

How it works
1. Design (free). I do the artwork myself in Photoshop and Illustrator, so there's no waiting on an outside art department to get started. If you have brand guidelines for your logo, I'll follow them. You get a custom layout to approve.
2. Approval. Nothing runs until you sign off on the artwork. On custom jobs I run a sample first and send you a photo before the full batch.
3. Production: 2 to 3 weeks after you sign off.
4. Shipping (free in the USA). Outside the USA, I ship at the best rate I can find.

What they're getting
The WrenchSizer finds the wrench or socket size two ways. Drop a loose nut into the "V" and read where the farthest corners land, or measure a nut that's still on the bolt from one flat on the edge scale. Imperial reads 5/32" to 1-1/2". It works no matter what standard the nut was made to, because it has a line for every 1/16". It's 3.37" x 2.125", the size of a credit card, so it goes in a wallet instead of a junk drawer.

What's the minimum order?
500 pieces for your custom logo. Text-only (your name or contact info engraved, HexSizer brand stays) has no minimum.
How much does it cost?
Custom brand runs from $1.80 each at 500 pieces down to $0.75 each at 2,500 to 5,000. Text-only is $2.25 each. Artwork, set-up and USA shipping are included.
What can I put on it, and where?
Your logo, company name and contact info, in the print area on both sides. I can replace the HexSizer logo with yours. The patent number stays on the tool.
Do I need to send finished artwork?
No. Send me your logo and the text you want. I build the layout and send it to you to approve. If you have brand guidelines, send those too and I'll follow them.
How long does it take?
2 to 3 weeks after you approve the artwork.
What is it made of?
White PVC plastic, printed in full color for custom brand or laser engraved for text-only. Stainless steel is available on request.
Who is it a good giveaway for?
Anyone whose customers turn wrenches: parts counters, repair shops, tool sellers and trade-show booths. It's useful enough that people keep it, and small enough to hand out by the hundred.
